The representative was very nice, but the cost is just beyond ridiculous and outrageous. For one bedroom, meaning one window consisting of two panes, I kid you not that they literally wanted $1,000. How stupid.

We were desperate to reduce the noise in our bedroom. These guys delivered a quality product that does the job and is affordable. They look great, in fact you wouldn’t know they were there. And now we actually get a good nights sleep. Highly recommended.

Our Indows have significantly reduced the noise levels in our bedroom. At night, background noise is essentially zero despite living next to active train tracks. The process of measuring our windows was easy with the kit provided and installation was also very simple. The inserts did require us to remove our blinds and get window treatments which we had hoped to avoid. Also, they were pricey, but we got what we paid for and are happy with the improvement of our sleep.

Circa 1860s house with circa 1980/1990s windows. We ordered 14 inserts for entire home, and they made major impact on drafts and overall temperature control. Had fit issue due to one quirky window frame, and company sent replacement TWICE until it was right. Fantastic customer service, seriously. Got the standard inserts, not the noise-dampening ones, and while not the primary goal, have certainly noticed significant difference in outside sound reduction, as well. Not cheap, but waaaaaay cheaper than 14 new windows in an inflated market with some questionable workmanship right now, too.

I moved into an apartment next to the highway and there was, needless to say, a lot of traffic noise. I looked Into doing my own plexiglass inserts but it is a major pain to figure out what size you need, etc. I found indow and it is definitely pricey, but you get what you pay for. Their system is great. I have windows where I could put a 6 inch gap between the window and the insert and, holy cow, the result was incredible. I seriously can’t hear any cars on the highway except the big trucks that you can’t block without lead lined walls. The essential is I am sleeping much better and I am grateful to Indow. Great service and good system.

Very easy process that got great results.

Did absolutely nothing. We can't return as the company offers ZERO garentee which should have been a huge red flag. There is no help provided by the company what so ever. Huge scam that means we are out a lot of money and still dealing with so much traffic noise making our house inhabitable. Save yourself the hassle and go with a company that stands behind their product and can provide a solution.
