5 stars for a great product. I live next to a busy highway and it's been incredibly disruptive to my sleep. Indow has cut the decibel level in my bedroom by HALF. Impressed. My only gripe: Shipping took about a month, and instead of just saying "shipping takes a month" (which I would have been completely fine with) the company auto-sends an email after purchase saying "We have worked hard to absorb the supply chain issues that have affected the entire world". This is unprofessional and annoying and as dated as listing your pager number on a business card or fax number on your website. Companies need to stop blaming acts of God for your poor customer service department or slow response/delivery times. Deal with things out of your control, and stop making excuses because of them. (Especially THREE YEARS later)

Our Indows have significantly reduced the noise levels in our bedroom. At night, background noise is essentially zero despite living next to active train tracks. The process of measuring our windows was easy with the kit provided and installation was also very simple. The inserts did require us to remove our blinds and get window treatments which we had hoped to avoid. Also, they were pricey, but we got what we paid for and are happy with the improvement of our sleep.

I received my indows in August and I must say I have been pleased with the noise reduction in my home. I live behind a super busy highway. While the indows do not completely block out the noise, such as low frequency noise such as truck noise/loud mufflers -- it does bring it to a murmur or hum. I think this is a good investment instead of buying new windows. I must also give kudos to the staff including Reed - they were super patient and extremely helpful. Thank you for everythings.

I purchased acoustic-grade window inserts to reduce noise from neighbors playing loud music from their cars in the Summer. I'm located in a major city and the rowhomes lined up along a relatively narrow street kept the echo of the noise intense on the 2nd floor as well as the 1st floor. On installation, noise was greatly reduced within my home to the point that I can sleep through it from the middle room of the 2nd floor instead of waiting for it to stop. The front room gets enough low-frequency sound bleeding through to vibrate the floor, walls, and through the air (although air transfer is much less than before the installation of the inserts) so I still cannot use that as a sleeping space. I am happy that the inserts perform well-enough that I can have conversations on the phone, watch television shows, movies, and use my computer without being drowned out by the intense noise from my neighborhood. While we can't expect miracles from them, they do make a big enough difference that my quality of life has improved. I give 4 stars instead of 5 due to a long wait time despite the premium price. I understand the pandemic caused some issues with the supply chain, but that is for the business to resolve prior to accepting payment. I believe that is a fair expectation. I would recommend them to others that have the same problem as I do, just know that low frequency sound isn't easy to stop at no fault of Indow, it's just physics of propagating waves through solid objects. I'm enjoying my new inserts!

Indows is a great alternative to exterior storm windows.

The windows are really great for sound (I'd give them a 5 out o 5 for that). But, I have large bay windows... and I didn't realize that putting this Indow window inserts would be an ordeal to put on and off each time I want to open the windows to get some fresh air. So, for sound, I'm very satisfied. However, for ease of use, they aren't great for big windows. Still, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

Works well. Not that easy to measure and install acurately. A bit expensive for what they are.

Terrific solution to storm windows. A bit tricky to put in and take out correctly and even in big urban areas the company reps are relatively hard to find and change hands making customer service tricky as well.
