Don’t waste your money. Not effective. I bought acoustic grade inserts and actually went with the self install kit which btw they say outperforms their actual insert….it hasn’t helped. Same issue and now just out hard earned money.

Absolute scam of a company. I paid a large premium for the "accoustic" grade windows which the companies website says is 1/4 inch thick. When they arrived, I knew right away it was wrong, it was not even half of the thickness promised. I have just never been taken advantage of like that in my life by a company. Upsetting, so beware

I purchased inserts for my bedroom to help reduce road noise. I'm utterly disappointed as I ordered the acoustic grade and there is ZERO reduction in noise. These inserts are about as useless as a piece of plastic wrap on my windows! I have read numerous other reviews that had the exact same issue and their solution was always to adjust the fit. Well...they are fit as snug as possible and I have had other people look at the windows to ensure this and there are no gaps and the seal is secure. These inserts that I waited months for are totally useless and they are 100% fit as snugly as possible. Moreover, I was told by my sales representative that they were easy to take in and out and that some clients do so everyday to open their windows. This was a huge selling point for me. But, what was not disclosed is that these windows are heavy and given how much I need to manipulate the sealing to ensure a tight fit, I can't imagine ever taking the inserts out to open these windows on a regular basis. I feel like this was also falsely represented or I never would have purchased them. Incredibly disappointed. Save your money!

The representative was very nice, but the cost is just beyond ridiculous and outrageous. For one bedroom, meaning one window consisting of two panes, I kid you not that they literally wanted $1,000. How stupid.

Thanks for the feedback. We understand our inserts are a considered purchase and may not be correct for every situation. Our inserts are custom made and priced per square foot. They have a limited lifetime warranty and provide energy savings and sound reduction. Our customers find they are a great option for these uses at a price that is less than replacement windows with equivalent performance.

Did absolutely nothing. We can't return as the company offers ZERO garentee which should have been a huge red flag. There is no help provided by the company what so ever. Huge scam that means we are out a lot of money and still dealing with so much traffic noise making our house inhabitable. Save yourself the hassle and go with a company that stands behind their product and can provide a solution.

We are sorry to hear that you are not experiencing the sound reduction you had hoped for. We will reach out to you and ensure fit and placement is not affecting the performance. As all sound situations are unique, there are many variables that can contribute to sound entering a room. While our inserts have been proven independently to significantly reduce sound through the window openings, it is sometimes necessary to utilize other soundproofing measures in conjunction with our inserts to achieve the desired results. Variables such as wall and home construction materials and the proximity and nature of the sound can be at play and can transfer sounds through areas other than the windows. Low frequency sounds are especially hard to mitigate as they can be transferred through walls, etc. Once again, we are happy to help you maximize the performance of your inserts and will reach out accordingly. It is our hope that through some troubleshooting, we can improve the sound reduction.

I ordered 2 windows at a cost of $1200.00. They did nothing for muting the sound of outside noise. I didn't expect a miracle, but I did expect some difference. To make sure, I used a decibel meter. No change. They responded quickly and said they would help with possible solutions. I sent pics. That was the last I heard from them. Most of the reviews are good which is why I tried them. But I thought I should let everyone know that they will not work for all cases. My house is only 9 years old with standard construction. I will soon post a Youtube video to show my experience.

I ordered an indow window for the traffic noise. I spent 1400.00 on the insert and got no noise reduction. I feel I was missed lead by the company that I would get a noise reduction of 50% I have double pane window and a new construction cement block home. Wanted to let consumer know let the buyer beware.

In some cases, due to the nature of the sound and the construction materials, other soundproofing methods are needed in conjunction with our inserts to provide the desired results. Our fit specialists are trained to assess each situation carefully to determine if the inserts would be a viable solution. However, due to the multitude of variables in sound environments, we cannot offer a guarantee that they will work in every situation. Easily scratched, easily damaged, requires special cleaning, dangerous. Lead time is 25 weeks. Measuring and ordering is a headache. Atrocious customer service.

First, while acrylic can indeed be scratched, by following the simple storage, handling, and cleaning information we provide, our inserts can remain as clear and functional as the day they were made. The special cleaning you mention consists of a simple solution of castille soap (supplied with purchase and readily available) and water. While your order was among those that did experience extended lead times due to supply chain and shipping industry delays, the lead time from point of order to delivery for your order was 17 weeks. We communicated these delays throughout the process. Our current lead times are 10-12 weeks from point of order. We are sorry that you found our measuring and order process complicated. We pride ourselves in providing customers with an easy, straightforward process and certainly will continue with these aims going forward. We also take great pride in providing complete, honest, and informative service from first contact to delivery and beyond.
