Okay but somewhat disappointing
The windows are okay for insulation but sound reduction is not as good as we had hoped for. Customer service was slow and lacking in responding to pre-purchase questions. The installer did a decent job and was clean and respectful.

Hi Ron, thank you for submitting your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the sound reduction is not as good as you would have hoped. If you have not already contacted us at customer service (directly with Indow and not through your dealer), we would be happy to review your situation to see if there are suggested ways to improve performance. Here is how to reach us: [email protected] or 503-284-2260

Simple Solution
These additions solved a very long search for an appropriate, affordable solution to single pane Palladian type half round windows. Could NOT be more satisfied!!

They were the perfect solution to our porch windows. Much more economical than replacing the old windows and they work great.

Definitely the answer to my window replacement need.
The Indow Windows have definitely improved my heat retention in the winter and prevented heat from coming in in the summer. I love that I was able to maintain the historic windows in my house, and the price was much better than replacing 14 six-pane windows.

Thank you for your feedback Kelley! Year round comfort is what we strive for.

They work well for insulating
They work well for insulating, not so much for noise.
Response from Indow WindowsApr 8, 2019
Hi Shannon, thank you for taking the time to review. I am sorry to hear that the noise insulation did not work as well for you. A simple trick is to make sure the insert is installed as far away from the window as possible for the best noise performance (the larger the air pocket, the better insulated it will be). Please call us at any time if you would like other suggestions on maximizing the performance of your window inserts: 503-284-2260.
