Ordered to for it to drop off at a local locker. When arrived to pick it up the QR code was refused. The manual code I was given was 8 digits long even though you can only enter 6 digits into the locker. Contacted the courier the next morning who said the order had been sent back to the company. Contacted them about a refund they offered to send it back to me for a £7 fee. I said no and asked to be refunded which they then claimed the package had not been collected and was therefore destroyed so they couldn’t refund. Absolute rubbish.

The item did not function as expected, and the supplier refused to issue a refund. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company and recommend others consider doing the same. The supplier's customer service is unhelpful, offering no resolution and lacking essential contact details such as an address or phone number.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This website and company are a scam. Costume was ordered because website advertised that the product would arrive by Oct 25. I paid extra for expedited shipping. The only thing that has arrived is a torn up shipping label that matches the tracking number provided through their website. The only email responses I am receiving are links to the refund policy and shipping policy.

My wand came today. I was so happy trying it, and it never shoot fireballs, it just puff smoke. I tried all forms and shapes with the paper and its always smoke. A total scam, they claim to be the true incendio wand and good quality materials but its a lie, its fake. I tried contacting them for a refund and they ignored me. Be careful.
