Complete scam. Item never received. Company says wand shipped but the tracking status hasn't changed in weeks. I asked for a refund but they refuse stating "the item has shipped"... DO NOT BUY! Ships from China. Terrible customer service.

They sent the LED Jellyfish Lamp from Aliexpress, not from any factory. Obviously, it's a dropshipping item they sell at a grossly inflated price compared to those on sale in Aliexpress platform. Regret buying from them. No difference from buying from China platform, even cheaper price for the exact same product.

Pay for you shipping expedite then you find out it's coming from China after you purchase, obviously they are just taking your money at this point. Their site says proudly made in california. What a joke. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew this before. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing yet. Company doesn't reply to you and better yet their policy's just so happen to not refund shipping expenses. Sure hope new tariffs charge the crap outta foreign states this is why our prices are so high cause they don't have to pay shit to get things here and then we are taken advantage of cause they know they can get away with it.

Poorly made. Came in the box broke. It was a gift so they would not replace due to being past 10 days. I would advise anyone to NOT buy this device.

Do not order from these clowns. Purchased a wand for Christmas received item 8 days before Christmas. Charged on Christmas day and the wand would not work the heating element is broken. Contacted the company and they refuse to replace it or offer a refund on the product.

Purchased two of the wands for Christmas. Had my kids open them and both did not work. One had a broken charger port and the other one had a broken power button. They will not replace. Do not purchase they are very poor quality and do not work.

Placed my order 11th November…. Not received anything. Paid for delivery insurance but the website doesn’t want to take responsibility. Keep saying it’s down to the courier service! I’m out of pocket £157. Customer service is not helpful that’s even if you get a reply. Do not buy from this website!!
