I also experienced something awful with this company. I ordered a fruit and veg tray for my toddler to play with in her kitchen but the tray arrived damaged and broken which is dangerous for my child to play with. I emailed to tell them the problem along with photos and their response was appalling. They told me they can’t offer a refund (for a damaged product!) they’ll only offer 30% compensation. I didn’t even want a refund, I wanted a new tray. I emailed back saying I didn’t want a refund , I’ll happily send the damaged product back for a new one and have received no reply. So I am now left with a damaged product.

Order #50304 it has been a week since placing this order and it has not been shipped yet. I get no replies via the email on there website, do not buy from this company waste of money!!

Bought extra paper, none arrived. Sent emails for help, but no response nor refund. Recommend finding a different place.

Absolutely awful company to deal with, some train sets bought by my father they refused a refund as it was not broken even though my father had a stroke and can’t use the left side of his body, it’s never been opened and they did not care about the situation, I would totally suggest people think twice before ordering from such a vile company , the responses are automated style, no compassion given, even with us willing to provide hospital letters to prove what has happened

DO NOT order from here. Been a month and half and have not received order. Several emails sent to company with no response. Terrible customer service.

Would give 0 stars if I could. No contact from them despite 3 emails asking for an order update. Wand not received after 4 weeks and doesn’t look as though my money will be refunded. Avoid this company like the plague!!!
