I ordered the flash paper for my wand. That’s all that I ordered. I did not authorize the purchase nor any additional charges for $29.99 on my card. They actually tried to charge me three times! Thank goodness my bank declined each time the charge was attempted. I’m not sure what made them think it was okay to try to charge me a monthly fee for just flash paper. Especially if there was nothing provided in return. I would think twice about purchasing anything from this company again. We were tempted to get another wand because, surprise, the old one broke. The on/off button actually broke and the heating unit stopped working. Again, will not purchase anything else from this company.

I ordered 1 item from this company. They now are trying to bill me continuously without my authorization, they saved my cc info without my permission and after speaking with me cc company I was told they have auto update for credit cards so even after my credit card company cancelled and reissued a new card they are still trying to charge me! They are fraudsters and crooks!

I ordered the wand and extra paper (around $80) for my wife for Christmas. It arrived on December 8th. I wrapped it, and put it under the tree. She opened it Christmas Morning, and followed the instructions, charging it ,etc. NOTHING. Tried recharging, re loading different size paper wad...NOTHING. upon inspection, the heating element was not heating. I called the help number for two days after Christmas with no answer. I finally e mailed them, to be informed that my 10 day period was over, and therefore they were not doing anything. Ruined our Christmas, and im now refusing the charge through my bank. Big headache, stay away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. The wand hardly works and they have also taken another paymemt of $29.99

Wir haben 2 Zauberstäbe für unsere Tochter als Weihnachtsgeschenk bestellt, einmal den von Harry, und als zweiten den von Hermine, die auch beide rechtzeitig ankamen. Leider funktionieren beide Zauberstäbe nicht. Bei dem Stab von Harry war der Knopf bereits ins Gehäuse eingedrückt und defekt. Keinerlei Funktion. Der zweite Zauberstab funktioniert nach mehrmaligem aufladen nicht wirklich. Bis auf ganz wenig Rauch, der aus der Spitze kommt, passiert da gar nichts. In keinster Weise die Funktion, mit der geworben wird! Somit war die Enttäuschung unsere Tochter sehr groß. Auf mehrmalige Kontaktversuche auf die Support-Mail, sowohl in deutsch als auch in englisch, ist bisher keinerlei Reaktion erfolgt. Schade für das Geld, das die für die Stäbe verlangen !!! Aus meiner Sicht Finger weg !!!

I bought the wand as a christmas present for my child. How dissapointing it was as the wand only worked the first two times only and then stopped (similar to other reviews). Eventually, the button stopped clicking and went all the way in and became unusable. I have sent two emails on 26th and 29th December and so far, no reply from the team. They must offer a full refund to such an utterly disappointing purchase.

Less than that one star review. We purchased a Xmas Train advertised as realistic sound with tooting, whistling, chugging and steam smoke billowing. although the train is running the sound and steam feature is non existant. We have tried to get an exchange, they requested a video, video was not able to be downloaded onto their email, so I have been contacting them for further instructions, perhaps whats app? They are rudely ignoring my emails and now I am left with $154.00 train which is no good to me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

The wand arrived broken.
