Renee was an absolute delight! She helped me with my booking, from start to finish and answered all my questions in a professional yet friendly demeanor. She helped make the booking process seamless and fun! I feel pretty certain imagine cruising was the right choice for tour operators for our trip to Vietnam.

Spoke to Craig. He was professional and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions about the cruise. He discovered why I had not received any information from the cruise line and rectified it. He even processed the information I needed to give the cruise line. It was so refreshing to speak to a customer service representative that truly takes pride in his job helping people.

Our advisor Harry Powell did a great job of explaining, discussing options and helping us construct the plan we wanted.

Working with Harry Powell in booking our first Imagine Cruising USA trip was a very smooth and easy process. The pricing was "as stated" in their promotional materials and we're very excited for our next adventure with Imagine Cruising USA.

Both Aimee and Oliver were incredibly helpful in answering our questions and addressing any concerns we had. They were very patient, prompt, and thorough in their replies. Explanations were crystal clear and handled very professionally and cordially. They are both assets to their company. We look forward to our to Asia!

Renee was fantastic. She was extremely patient with all the questions I had. She explained things thoroughly and made sure I understood all the details. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my travel decisions.

Renee showed knowledge and expertise above and beyond what I expected in facilitating my booking of a combined land tour and cruise in Japan for cherry blossom season, 2027. Her enthusiasm sold us that we are dealing with the right tour operators. Thank you Renee! J McGinn
