The agent was friendly
The agent was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable during the booking process. We hope we continue to receive the same quality of service to the conclusion of our trip as we are somewhat worried from reading past reviews which mentioned this quality of service quickly vanishes after the initial booking.

Competent representative. I wish more cost additions would have been included in the price. Also, I did not receive a booking number to find the particulars of our upcoming trip.

Long booking process
I have no idea what our trip will be like, but the booking process seems a little slow. The agent was knowledgeable and friendly, it is just the process that I did not like. Impossible to book online, it required a phone call. We had to go through a long process of going through a contract. If you are busy, this process does not help. I can understand why you may want to do it, but I am not sure if going through all of this will actually eliminate problems with a client that does not read the fine print. I just hope the actual experience and service provided during the trip will turn out to be as good as we expect.

My sales person was very helpful and informative, the price point and the itinerary is very attractive. I will definitely travel with the company again after my first travel experience. Based on the service and response timing, I will recommend them to my friends and family.
