This address for ilovehue is also the same as that of Crawford Clothing New York. I ordered 3 dresses for a wedding, and the quality is terrible! The material likely costs less than $10 for all 3 items. The website descriptions do not match the clothing, and the manufacturing is shoddy. The website states easy returns; however, they deflect, offer some refund, and do not want the product back unless at the customer's expense, then hit you with an address in China! DO NOT order from these people! I would give no stars if I could.

10000% a scam. Ordered a lamp from here, it never shipped. I was able to get a refund through my bank, but THREE months later they’re emailing me saying that the product was delivered and I owe them money. Ridiculous.

I ordered a sunrise clock. Waited seven weeks, finally filed a fraud complaint with cc company and received a refund. No follow-up from company, no clock ever arrived. 4 weeks later, they contacted me and asked me to pay again, even tho the clock never arrived.

I ordered two packs of the multi colored mushroom lights for $45 each (SO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY ARE). Instead of two nicely packaged boxes of 4 lights, as advertised, I got a bundle of 8 individually boxed mushroom lights all in yellow- THEY ARE SO CHEAP. Must cost .50 or less to make. Nothing on the box was in English and packages were flimsy and dented. These were meant to be gifts, but I would be embarrassed to give them to anyone. In addition to the products not being worth money, the order never showed delivered so I could never initiate a return. When I contacted the company by email, they responded with a tracking link that does not work. Despite multiple attempt attempts to reach them, I have been unable to. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Holy cow, what a terrible company and product. I ordered a sunrise alarm clock which didn't work at all. When I tried to return it under warranty, they offered me a store credit. When I sent them their warranty info, they stopped answering.

I ordered a lamp on 2/10 with expedited shipping, never received any updates in the item, when I emailed them one response was there is no tracking, then I emailed them again all of sudden it’s shipped and they can’t refund me. I asked for three refunds and they have denied and deflected those refunds. I still don’t have the product and I still don’t have a refund, it appears this company is a total scam.

Sounds like my experience was the same as most. It took 7 weeks to get the sunrise lamp delivered. Refused to cancel order after a few weeks and no tracking or delivery details. No lavender room spray as promised and no response when I emailed them about it. The lamp is not easy to set up or intuitive to use and lacks functionality. Bogus company. Do not recommend

Merchandise never delivered. Had to file dispute with my card to recover funds.
