Everything went wrong Walked in stood there for 10 min before someone acknowledged us Sat down and go service pretty quick so I thought ok but nope after ordering it took 40min to get our food and waitress apologized for the wait said kitchen was backed up but people behind us on both sides sat after us and were actually done eating before we even got our food. When my food came out it was luke warm and had to wait an additional 5 min before my wife’s food come out. Then they forgot the French fries we ordered with her meal said they will make fresh when the fries came out we were 100% done with our meal 1 star is too much it should be half a star that will be my last trip to ihop. Keke’s or first watch Cracker Barrel dennys will all be first choice before I ever go to ihop

Stopped by IHOP last weekend, and the pancakes were good. Our server was friendly, but nothing extraordinary.

Unfortunately my food was cold. In all fairness, the restaurant was busy when I was there. However, there is no excuse for cold food. The service is consistently unacceptable. At first I thought it was just the server but after coming several times I can see that it is probably the training and not the server herself. I have also come to realize that the food in the kitchen is plated as it comes up Therefore, since the pancakes and the hash browns are constantly being made.They are usually hot when plated. The eggs, of course, are all cooked to order?So the other food has to wait until the eggs are done. Today I ordered a scramble, and unfortunately, the cheese they put on top wasn't even the slightest bit melted. My suggestion would be that the pancakes and the hash Browns are not plated until the eggs are done. All the food on the plate should be hot.When served to the customer. Managers should periodically check with guests to make sure their experience is good.

IHop is still living in the 80s.. They're on the verge of bankruptcy these days.. It's time to move into the 2020s.. Have you thought about a build your own breakfast charcuterie? You can't go wrong with it. Everything on your menu can go on a charcuterie.

This ihop store 4401 is always clean waiter’s/ waitress are always nice and pleasant. Today I got my bacon cooked the way I wanted it after several try’s at other ihops. Ms.Gracey wowed me with her smile and her Awesome skills as waitress way to go! Good job

I used to really enjoy going to IHOP. The past few years the stores I have been to have been absolutely horrible. I am writing about the one in Hillsboro, TX today. It is just across the road from the new Buc-ee station. I have been there twice since they moved from their old location on the I-35 service road. Today was really bad. My wife and I went this morning a little after 10. It looked to be about 30% occupied. We were seated and told that a server would be right with us. About 5 or 6 minutes later a server showed up and asked what we would like to drink. Two coffees, two waters, please. She said she would be right back. Another 5 or 6 minutes and she comes back with water, coffee, creamer, and no mugs. She said she would be right back with our mugs. Almost 10 minutes went by and we had watched her serve other tables close to us but she never even looked in our direction. When I saw her again, I called her over and asked for mugs. She said she would have them right out. A few minutes later someone else brought us mugs. The carafe had barely enough coffee for two mugs. Barely. It was cold. I was about ready to leave, but the wife said let's order. We ordered. We waited and waited and waited and finally, our meals were delivered. No butter on the waffles, no questions about is everything okay, no mention of would you like a refill of water or coffee. Just drop it off and disappear. The food was okay, nothing to brag about like IHOP was way back when. I did my best to get the attention of two other servers who walked right by our table hoping to get more coffee and water. Nope. No one wanted to do anything. An assistant manager showed up and asked if everything was okay. I just looked at her. I wanted to comment, but I kept my mouth shut because I was raised a gentleman. I asked my wife if she needed anything and she replied she was okay even though she wasn't happy with the way things were going either. I asked my wife if she thought I should leave a gratuity. I am not a cheapskate. If I get decent service I will normally leave anywhere from 15%-25% for the server. The wife said I should leave the minimum. Trust me, I didn't want to leave even a dime, but I did leave a dollar bill. In my opinion, that was $1 more than was deserved. Two bad experiences at this location means we won't go back. The first time we went it was bad, this was worse. The only way it seems to get anyone's attention these days is to hit them in the wallet and that is what I did. The bill was close to $40 for poor service, food that was just okay, and over an hour of our time wasted. No thank you IHOP. I can do without. I will find another mom and pop shop that has staff that knows the customer is important.

This was at IHop in Smyrna TN. Unbelievable. These 2 girls sitting there drinking and eating on the phone and wrapping silverware I’m going to put in my mouth! Oh did I mention coughing into hand and continued to wrap silver without cleaning hands . I guess she wiped her hands on the napkins I'm going to wipe my face with. A word of advice to the owner things like what your 2 employees did on the 25th of November 2024. They are costing you business! Business going to drop off big time if you don't train your employees on basic hand washing no eating while wrapping silverware. I have a video of this on social media. Couldn't post here.

Pathetic expensive food..very small tasteless portions...would recommend not to waste your hard earned money..not worth it.
