Horrible service & customer service. They charge automatically tip as if we were 6 people event though we’re 5. The server confronted me cause I asked her to why. She did horible job. Brought water with ice and lemon when I asked her clearly nothing in my water. That is the worse service I ever had.

THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD! Sorry for cyber-screaming, but the manager of the Fort Worth IHOP at I-30/Eastchase must be deaf because THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD every time I’ve been there this year. It’s a restaurant, not a bar!

Our Waitress (Santonia R) was very personable and helpful. Welcomed us and served us quickly and efficiently. The food was excellent and prepared properly and all in all it was a Great Dining Experience. I Highly recommend the McDonough, GA. IHOP.
