Simply Amazing!!! Brenda was very helpful and very nice. They had everything I needed in a bag and gave me service with a smile

Our waitress , Amanda made our dinner exceptional. She was very courteous and helpful.

Undercooked food, dirty silverware and table, asked for no onions got more onions than anything else. Got told the cook was in a mood, other tables not cleaned, trash overflowing. Manager refused to see us. Avoiding strongly advised.

I hop at 3427 us hey 98 N Lakeland Fl. 33809. It was perfectly cooked. And service by Crystal was the best! Always came by and asked if we needed anything else! The atmosphere was great! Thank you I Hop!

They treat their employees unfairly. Don’t care about presentation. Drop your food off and you don’t see them again until they want money from you.

The staff is always working in rhythm with one another it's a great atmosphere and the food is a bonus at this point

Server Iaisha was amazing. Took her time with us and checked on us regularly. Great customer service and experience

Actually the service was fine, but the food was terrible, went to the Langley one beside Hilti and would never go back.
