Sam was a rock star! Food was hot and spot on!

Let me tell you about Robert. He was so sweet and catered to all our needs. He was going above and beyond cleaning tables all around for other staff. He obviously helps others! Really kind gentleman. Also, Byron was fantastic!!! Thank you both!

We waited for our breakfast for 90 min.and food was terrible and cold!

The manager at the IHOP in monkey junction. Wilmington NC was super nice and helpful. An order forgot my drink. So I called and she replaced the whole order! It was such a wonderful experience! Thank you Aaliyah 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1st time at ihop in jackson Michigan. I ordered a omelet with bacon, ham and American fries white toast and a mountain dew. The omelet was cold the potato in the omelet were cold and dry 1 slice of cheese cut in half on top of the omelet toast was cold and hard like it sat there for a few mins. On top of the bad food I was charged $25.00 for I didn't pay attention and I should have when I signed the receipt. No tip cause I left cash tip on table. I will never return to a ihop. No reason for getting charged $25.00 for a omelet. There's alot better restaurants that don't charge thst much for better food. I had to leave for a emergency otherwise I would have ssid something to management.
