iHealth LabsiHealth is dedicated to empowering healthier lives. As a pioneer of digital health from Silicon Valley, iHealth was founded in 2010 and launched the world's first Bluetooth-connected blood pressure monitor that worked with iOS devices. Through more than a decade of development, by integrating its FDA-approved, award-winning consumer medical devices and remote patient monitoring platform, iHealth has established a digital health ecosystem, the Unified Care model, for healthcare providers to manage chronic diseases remotely. To date, iHealth is one of the top brands in digital health & wellness and has expanded its Unified Care model to 13 states with significant clinical outcomes in hypertension and diabetes management.During the first year of COVID-19 pandemic, iHealth was actively supporting the fight against COVID-19 by being one of the leading manufacturers of thermometers, shipping millions of them to its customers. On November 5th, 2021, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for over the counter (OTC) sale of iHealth's COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test. iHealth has since been a major supplier of at-home tests to the federal government, state governments, nonprofit organizations, and individuals.

Response from iHealth LabsMay 27, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we apologize for the frustration caused by the difficulty reaching our support team. We would like to clarify that the COVID-19 tests you received are valid through the printed use-by date of 12/29/2026 and are safe to use until that date. For COVID-19 tests, the full original shelf life is not guaranteed at the time of purchase, and customers should rely on the printed expiration date when purchasing with the intention to use the tests within a reasonable timeframe rather than for long-term storage. We also confirmed that a member of our support team connected with you on May 19 to assist with your concerns. If you still need assistance, please contact us directly, and we would be happy to work with you on a solution. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our customer support experience.

Christian called in response to my ititial phone message seeking help to get started using the iHealth Tracker. He guided me with great patience & care, helping me to set up a new account and learning the steps needed to save my blood pressure data and how I can go about sharing that data with my doctor. He repeated steps to assist me with taking notes so I can synchronize the data in my monitor with the iHealth app. He made the process both a thorough & pleasant experience. I greatly appreciated his assistance & professionalism.

Based in a recent Doctor visit, it was suggested we obtain a small blood pressure cuff. We contacted iHealth which initially did not seem like a possibility, Given time, the iHealth team was able to understand our need and without further delay offered to provide a replacement that would be close enough to meet the needs of all parties. The small cuff was received which does meet the Doctor suggestion. Our thanks to the iHealth team
