I recently purchased the iHealth Pulse Bluetooth Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor KD-723SE. When I received it I set it up with the app and for a couple days it was working well. Then it disappeared from the app and would not reconnect. I contacted technical support via email and got a response back in about an hour stating that they tried to call me and left a voicemail. I had no missed calls and no voicemail. I called the number in the email. I called the number and after a few minutes waiting the call was disconnected. I called back and finally got through to Rixi L. In technical support. She stated she was the same person who tried to call me. I called her out on know missed call and know voice mail received. She then said I was being rude and uncooperative and ended the call. I received a follow up email where she lied again. I replied calling her out on her lies with no response. I have used Ihealth Labs products for many years now and love them until I have one issue and have to reach out for assistance just to get lied to and talked down to like I'm an idiot that does not know up from down. This interaction with technical support has me questioning it I want anything to do with Ihealth Labs and there products from this point on. I cleaned up the interaction in this review but I have the emails and recordings of the phone calls with Rixi L. Who was notified call was being recorded but she must have forgot.

Purchase just a year ago the blood pressure machine BP 5S failed to connect to the phone. Apparently out of warranty. I expect better. This is a worthless product never purchased from this company again.

Absolutely awful. Basically no customer service at all. No acknowledgement of receipt of item following a return. The item is expensive, I want my money back. Please can someone contact me? Many Thanks James

order covid test old stock was received try several times to contact company by phone and email never got a responce

Received two 5 packs of Covid Rapid Antigen tests both of which had 80% of their 15 month shelf life GONE. That makes them virtually useless to us as we are going on a 5 month trip across the US starting in September. At that point they will have just 1 month of life left. While the CS agent was very pleasant, her answer came down to "that's just the way it is". The fact that they don't let people know on their website that it's a crapshoot regarding how long the test kits will be good for is just wrong.

Update: in response to iHealth responding. What I want is the 105 day “rule” that the company knows about to be public knowledge so the customer knows too. We have the right to make an informed choice, especially since we cannot exchange or return this product. ———————— I ordered 1 iHealth Flu A&B/COVID-19 3-in-1 Rapid Test kit on July 8, 2025 from iHealth. This is not the first time I’ve ordered from them and generally, the expiration dates printed on the package are at minimum 6 months from when I receive the test kits. It’s usually a year. When I received the package on July 12, 2025, the expiration date is September 16, 2025, barely 2 months before they expire. I looked at the box I had purchased in October of 2024 and the expiration date on that box was September 17, 2025. So the tests I ordered almost a year ago have a longer expiration date than the one I just received. It’s just 1 day, but still longer. I did not feel that was right, so I contacted customer service, explaining the situation and asked for an exchange of tests that had a longer expiration date. I was basically told to go pound sand and they can send whatever they want as long as the expiration date is within 105 days of the expiration. But not the expiration on the box, the EXTENDED expiration the FDA allows them to use. None of this about the 105 days is anywhere on their website. I asked for an exchange and was told they would not do that. I asked for a return and they would not do that either. I asked to escalate to a manager and the same representative, Jade, said they escalated and the manager, who also said the same thing and they closed the ticket and again told me to pound sand. This company is awful -use another testing kit or at least go to a physical store where you can see the expiration date before purchasing, so you don’t have your money stolen by these crooks. Customers need to know they could purchase old tests from them and have no recourse.
