This company and its support staff are a wonderful team. They went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved with one of my devices. Dave and Jada were such a blessing in getting me the best possible resolution for my issue. The support from this company has made me a life long customer and I will never buy from another company if the product is available through iHealth. The professionalism and the friendliness made me feel that they where on my side and would not rest till the issue I was having was resolved and that I was able to get the best possible health data to my drs. I am a myasthenia Gravis patient who is sennonegative and getting my drs my vitals daily is extremely important. Dave and Jada wasted no time in finding a solution and applying it immediately so that I only lost 1 day of data. These 2 people are without a doubt truly the best at their jobs. Because of their diligence and dedication they are the reason I am now a life long customer. God bless them and I would highly recommend that everyone who is looking for medical devices should buy iHealth products for their quality and for the great after the sale support staff. I have had iHealth products for some time now. I have Their PB cuff and pulse ox meter work great. So I recently added the iHealth Nexus Pro scale. Well upon arrival I could not get it to work so off to the phone I went. Where I met my new friend Kiwanda a very nice a helpful person, however we were not able to fix my problem and we determined the scale may have a problem so a return was in order. Long story in between with UPS but, I got the new scale today, but I needed to call iHealth again as I was having trouble so with Kiwanda and some backup help from Dave we got it figured out lol operator error on my end I was picking the wrong scale in the app my bad. But throughout all of this the reps at iHealth were very nice and Pleasant any very patient with with me. Thank you ihealth Kiwanda and Dave

I was having trouble connecting to Bluetooth on my BP monitor. Keiwanda was very responsive and helpful. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. The photo of my monitor appeared. It was easy going after that. Thank you, Keiwanda

The BP cuff is easy to use. Green, Yellow, Red makes you visually aware of your actual blood pressure if you are not versed in medicine. And you can add notes like took BP med or forgot BP med so you can keep good notes. The graphs are also a great visual. And customer service is quick and responsive.

I purchased my monitor in August 2023. The armband was defective, and needed to be replaced. Customer service was fantastic! I provided them with a copy of my Amazon receipt and they sent a replacement. I like the unit. It's easy to use in the app is great for tracking my info.
