We have been helping individuals, families, and small businesses find coverage since 2007, and we are licensed in all 50 states and contracted with more than 200 carriers.Here is how we are paid, because it is the first thing people ask: carriers pay us a commission, so our help costs you nothing. Your premium is set by the carrier and is the same whether you enroll through us, directly with the company, or on the Marketplace. We do not charge fees.Because we are independent, we are not steering you toward one company's plan. Integrity

I had hoped it would be an easy process…
I had hoped it would be an easy process for my agent to handle all the details. It turned out there were some errors and complications and I did most of the work to get it resolved. I had to keep informing my agent that my application was rejected since he never followed up. I had to contact the insurance company to get the issue resolved.

Thank you for your review. Open enrollment is a tough time for insurance companies and health insurance exchanges and unfortunately, their communication with brokers can sometimes be slow or non-existent. We have processes in place to check pending policies daily. Unfortunately, Washington Health Plan Finder never made it clear in your portal that your account required proof of loss. As a result, the first we learned of this is when the carrier contacted you. We will use your feedback to build better systems to combat this, even when we're not being notified. Outstanding
When I was about to retire and looking for help determining the best path forward for my insurance needs, I found it difficult to navigate and compare the many, many options. I found iHealthBrokers through an internet search and am so impressed with the service they provide. Very knowledgeable and they have all the electronic tools needed to come up with a personalized solution for my specific situation. Jesse is super organized, always on time for our calls and provides a written summary/follow-up immediately after each call. Health Insurance can be complicated but…
Health Insurance can be complicated but iHealthBrokers makes it as easy as possible. They are patient, explain your options, and allow you to make the best decisions based on your needs. I won't consider any other broker for these issues in the future as I was 100% satisfied.
