Your premium is set by the carrier and is the same whether you enroll through us, directly with the company, or on the Marketplace. Moving
We were moving to Florida and needed help with healthcare. They called us back same day and started working on what would be useful for us. It was a breeze signing up with what they recommended for us. We had several choices and hopefully we made the right one. Very efficient and pleasant to work with.

My first Medicare renewal
My first Medicare renewal with this broker was fair. I had to follow up several times to get an alternative choice for D. The broker later told me they had wrong address even though they responded to my (correct) email several times. Got it done on almost last day. Price was competitive.

I have spoken to this client about their review. The client retired and there was a miscommunication about which email to use going forward. As for the renewal being "done on almost the last day", I agree that it is unfortunate that CMS provides only 53 days for clients to review their plans. Brokers like us help thousands of clients in those 53 days and we have never missed a deadline for a client.

Used them for years

Five Star customer service!
Jimmie and his assistant Kimberly were extremely helpful and very professional. Jimmie had given me a lot of information on our initial phone appointment and then followed through with plans that I could look at and compare that were compatible with the hospital affiliation I wanted and my medications. He made it so easy for me! I would recommend him to any of my friends.

The helpfulness started in their YouTube channel and got even better after I scheduled a call.
Christopher Thomas worked with us and provided excellent service. He was thorough in his explanations of plans, benefits, and important things to know. We were pleased with a suggestion that he made for our situation and although I had done weeks of research and had settled on a plan already, his recommendation ended up being even better than what I had already found. I am very happy that we went with the services of iHealthBrokers.
