The dress is beautiful but we sent in my daughters measurements and it does not fit! HELP!!!! Upset that it didn't fit

I talked with a live chat before ordering my daughter's dress for prom. They told me if we were unhappy and it wasn't a custom fit dress it wouldn't be a problem with returning it. Well we got the dress opened the package and was so disappointed!! Very poorly made looks like a Halloween costume dress!! Now they will not let me return the dress and told me to resell it or give it as a gift! I emailed them as soon as we got the dress, 5 minutes after opening package. Have been going back and forth in emails daily for a week now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

My dress is amazing the shipping was great and all my questions were answered the site also emailed me back every time i had a question and were just amazing

I was worried bc I ordered the dress just a month away from prom. Worried it wouldn't get here in time. Then my friend ordered a dress from this website & was very picky about the dress but it was pretty. My dress is gorgeous and looks exactly like the picture. I love it & might order from dream prom again. Thanks for the wonderful dress.

im very happy and pleased with my daughters dress she is a lil shorter then the dress but we will make it wok... i love it and i sent lots of people to the site..others for prom, ad my best friend bridal party as well... thank you.

Ordered the dress and it got to us before the ship by date, looks exactly how the picture is and was in great shape when it got here. Very happy with the dress!

I was so skeptical ordering online, but Dream Prom made me a believer! My daughter's Prom dress is beautiful and fits her perfectly. I was worried about the tailor not having her measurements right, but they were exact!! The customer service team was passionate and made sure we received the dress on time as well. To anyone that is a non-believer ...BELIEVE!!

Most people say that this site is fake and horrible and when looking at these horrible review I was in mid tears hoping that my dress would be okay. I was convinced that all these reviews on trust pilot were fake and all the bad reviews were what I should expect in a dress. THANK GOD I wasn't as unfortunate as the others. I LOVE MY DRESS. Although I switched around a few arrangements of the dress, (it was perfectly fine I just didn't like how certain parts looked on me) but i guess that comes with the mystery of ordering online. Same dress as shown on the picture in a different color. I look great on the dress and I can't wait for prom!
