Dress arrived early, fit perfectly, color and materials were beautiful.

Loved everything but wished they wouldn't wait the the last few days to deliver.

I am very impressed by this dress but it did come a day late and it was not the color of the picture it was a coral not hot pink. Which worked for me because my date is wearing camo so it didn't matter but anyone else should make very sure it's the right color. Other than that great service and wonderful quality dress

We had a tailor measure my daughter and sent in her measurments. The dress didn't even come close to zippin up the back. There was also a huge snag in the front. I don't recommend this company for prom dresses.

We ordered a dress for my daughter's upcoming prom. It arrived over a week before the expected arrival date. We ordered custom measurements because her measurements did not exactly fit the size chart listed on the website. The dress fits perfectly! The only thing we will have to fix is the length. They were very generous on the length to accommodate the sky-high shoes the girls are wearing these days. My daughter wants to wear a flat, more comfortable shoe, so we will need to get the dress shortened. The dress is beautiful and seems very well made.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE , BEFORE I BOUGHT THE DRESS I MADE SURE OF THE DELIVERY DATE WITH THE AGENT AND I GOT PROMISED BY MULTIPLE REPRESENTATIVES I WOULD RECIEVE IT IN TIME AND I ALSO PAID EXTRA FOR RUSH SERVICE , WHILE I WAS CHECKING UP ON IT IT STILL DIDN'T LEAVE THE WAREHOUSE, I WAS GARANTEED NOT TO WORRY AND I WOULD HAVE IT IN TIME , WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE , IT STILL DIDN'T SHIP I SPOKE THE THEM AGAIN THEY SAID SORRY WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING THIS IS A BUSY SEASON AND CAN GARANTEE U RECIEVE URE DRESS I WAS FORCED TO BUY ANOTHER ONE LOCALLY AND SURE ENOUGH THE DRESS ARRIVED A WEEK AND HALF LATER . !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exited to get the dress after selecting on line, for my daughters senior prom, we have ordered dresses on line before with no problems. This dress arrived in a soft bag, no box, poor sewing quality , threads loose everywhere , appliqué is uneven, stitched poorly, coming off in places, the dress is red, some beading is purple!, does not show that in picture, it's awful, we have to find a new prom dress, my daughter is so disappointed. I only hope I can get my money back, because now she needs a new dress. It looks like a first time sewing project
