IdreampromReviews of idreamprom.com

My dress is so amazing! The quality is great, and the shipping was very fast especially with the prices that they offer these dresses for. I was scared to order online because you never know what your going to get, but my experience with dream prom was great. The customer service was so helpful and couldn't thank them enough for making my prom a true dream with my dream dress! I highly recommend it!

I was very nervous about ordering from this website because of the typical scams or dresses of poor quality but I am so happy with this website! I customized all my sizes and paid extra to have it here before April 30th & I received it NINE days even before that. They are willing to do whatever you need to make you satisfied. Highly recommend :)

My dress looks absolutely stunning! It fits perfectly on my body! I'm glad I purchased this dress from Dream Prom.

At first I was a little shaky about buying from the site but at last after several other friends having bought from it I decided to give it a shot. The variety was incredible and eventually picked out my dream prom dress. I loved being able to customize it to fit my preference, I specifically got mine without an ombré and it looks great. The only thing I was worried about was the shipping. It said the expected delivery date to me was April 24th but it was April 19th and it still hadn't shipped out so I was getting nervous and anxious. However the next day it left and from china to the us it got to me on the 21st, even before the expected date. I want to thank them because it really is a good site.

Both items purchased were not sized correctly one of the items had the bulk of the 7cm which had been taken in still on the inside, of the lining, 6 different cotton colours, none of the seams had been overlocked, the split up the front, bagged and hung at the front, because this had not been adjusted, has cost me more to rectify all the problems with it than the bloody thing was worth. Slack, lazy workmanship, and the rush order date was not adhered to Im horrified that someone can sell such rubbish.

I purchased this dress in a timely manner and paid the extra $10 to have it fit my daughter to size. My daughter is between a 5/6. She is about 5 foot tall. We received the dress on time however the size was way to large and long. I immediately email the customer service and they contacted me within 24 hours and told me to send pictures. The dress was almost 8 foot long and 3 sizes to big. I sent several pictures and told them I was taking it to have it altered. Their site states they will pay for anything more than an inch as long as the semestress verifies. After a full day they responded wanting the pictures to include the seamstress holding the measuring tape only after I told them I was already getting it altered and I had sent previous pictures. We exchanged several email within the next 3 days to which I was told there was no way their "professional tailors made a mistake" exact quote. It was my mistake as I sent in the wrong size, exact quote. I sent in 63 inches for height and they sent me a dress over 7 foot long!! The seamstress verified the length and the size to be a size 10. They did not want this as they still demanded pictures?? They insisted on pictures with the seamstress after the dress had been altered. They offered me 10$ and then finally $20 for their mistake which the alterations were $150. I did not choose to take their money as I will write this review in hopes no one uses them. Buyer beware of this site. My daughers friend ordered a dress in plenty of time and it got lost in the mail. They will not reimburse her either and she is not going to the prom. What a rip off. I will never buy anything from over seas again. I will continue to post everywhere possible to keep these people from ripping off people. Lesson learned.

So we order custom made because my little cousin has a broader back and order bigger, so of course we had to get it readjusted, but everything else fit perfectly. We even planned for the readjusting part because that's how I wanted it!

run a bit long but its gorgeous
