The dress arrived after the prom even though I had paid an additional $80 for expedited shipping and I had been assured by DreamProm that we would have it in time. My daughter had to purchase another dress at the last minute although her date had rented a tux to match the dress that didn't arrive. Days later when the package was delivered, it was returned unopened. I have NEVER received my refund and the dress was returned 4/6/13. I am out over $375.00. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I love the dress but it can not be made a 1 1/2 bigger in brustline so will have to buy a new dress . Will not buy one from you again do to very poor return or fix policy

Bout 2 bridesmaid dresses and 1 wedding dress for me, one of the decorative peices had a small hole but it didnt take more than a few minutes to fix it, the dress was lovely finished well and the seams the overlocked. great quality for the money. The company contacted me every step of the way, one thing i hadnt realised was I was liable for VAT and customs duty when the dress arrived which added another 95 euros on the price (something to factor in to your budget!) great product great service at affordable price. def use again.

I like the ivory dress, well stitched from Dreamprom. This color suits me well where I could not find even a single issue. And also I bought some accessories that suit my dress as well. I have very good experience with them. My full wardrobe filled with dreamprom. Even today I bought one pair of tip heel sandals. Golden color made it so impressive and sexy too.
