After 3 tries they finally got it right. My first order came in too small and the second dress from another one of their other websites came in a different color than I requested. I emailed them to let them know but was being given the runaround and pushback. I really needed to get that specific dress! So I processed the third order and wrote special instructions to pay attention to the color and custom size as needed. They finally got it right but since each dress cost $200 the total came out to $600. But this dress is beautiful and was worth it at the end but I should no have to go through hoops and pay all that wasted hard earned money!!!

I gave 3 stars because the dress didn't fit as measured. My daughter loved how the dress looked, and it was made well with quality fabric. With the exception of the dress being well made and pretty, it didn't fit....it was to large. I know I'm not a seamstress I did the measurements just as instructed. The dress they sent was too big in the bust, waist and a slightly too long. While we loved the dress, I had to rush and find someone to alter it, as it was received Thursday evening before she was to wear it on Saturday. I'm not complaining about when we received it, because I felt receiving it on Thursday would be fine, but having to get it altered. That was the reason for us using this website, that it would be made to fit her. May use again but will definitely order to receive sooner......

The dress was folded and squished into a small bag. The better way would been to fold it gently and place in a box. Especially for how much extra shipping was to have sent by the 12th. Some of the jewels on the dress are coming off I believe it from How the dress was shipped. Thank you, Janet Weyna

Thank you, I had a good experience af your site, as I said before the dress has some minor flaws at the bust, but it is as expected.

I love the dress alot it looks just like the picture, but the only thing is that it need to be tailored alot in the bust area and in the hip area the waste fixs fine but the bust and in the hips area is very big .... :( Thanks!!!

The dress was shipped in the time described and looked like on the picture. We payed extra for the dress to be tailored to exact size but it ended up WAY too long (not corresponding to the measurements sent) and th bust too tight.

I really believed that we might have choosen a bogus company based on an email we received from the company and no way to actually speak to someone from your company. We paid an additional amount to ensure a preffered date to receive the dress ordered. Then 4 days before the due date an email was sent to us asking "when did we need it by". The day we needed it by was already established when I paid extra! Concerned you may fail on that date put us in panic that we would have to rush last minute to find another dress. This is my daughter's senior prom; so not a position we wanted to be in. Thought that alarming and unprofessional to put a customer in that position for concern when this is an order of importance given to YOUR company. The order did arrive and my daughter is pleased. However I'd like your company to consider our opinion and improve on your approach to handling orders/customers.
