Lovely dress, well made. Only one of the small beads have fallen off but it's nothing too bad so I'll let it slide. Ordered it in Watermelon and expected it to be a bit more coral-y or orange toned, but its still beautiful. Came labelled as a 'wedding dress' which scared me because it was marketed as a PROM dress on the website, opened it up and was happy anyway! Only complaint I could make is that maybe the beading sewn on more securely and if you made it more obvious that my dress had a very long train, but i'm still a happy customer anyway - cant wait to wear my dress for prom!

I just wanted to thank you for assuring my confidence in shopping on line. I ordered this dress as I was frustrated going to the boutiques and looking at all the dresses. Nothing caught my daughter's eye. My friend said try your sight and immediately the dress that I ordered caught my eye. Even though it looks different than the picture, it is beautiful. My daughter is very modest and this dress is just for her. Your reviews, which I looked at after paying for the dress, scared me. As a matter of fact, I had night mares every night until the dress arrived. I am so happy that my experience was positive.

I ordered an amazing dress from iDreamProm and was a bit skeptical about ordering online and it turning up on time or having the correct size. I sent away the order with custom measurements and it told me the date the dress would probably be delivered. The dress came the day after the delivery estimate! Which I was so so pleased about, and I tried it on straightaway, perfect fit! Absolutely gorgeous material, my dream dress! Would absolutely recommend this website to anyone, I cannot wait for my school ball to show off this amazing purchase! Thankyou!! xxx

My daughter placed an order for a prom dress and paid extra shipping to have it arrive before her prom. As of the day before the prom the dress had not arrived. We had already tried to contact the company via email, live chat and phone...we could not get a straight answer...in fact, no one responded until I tried live chat (on their site) about 8 times. Then they were very ambiguous about letting me know if the dress had even been sent out...then they asked for three more days. At no time did anyone take responsibility or apologize for their wrong doing. They kept referring me to an email address to resolve the issue....which we did use but got no response from there either! THERE IS VIRTUALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...NO LIVE PERSON TO SPEAK WITH....VERY UNRELIABLE. DON'T DO IT!!!!!

I really believed that we might have choosen a bogus company based on an email we received from the company and no way to actually speak to someone from your company. We paid an additional amount to ensure a preffered date to receive the dress ordered. Then 4 days before the due date an email was sent to us asking "when did we need it by". The day we needed it by was already established when I paid extra! Concerned you may fail on that date put us in panic that we would have to rush last minute to find another dress. This is my daughter's senior prom; so not a position we wanted to be in. Thought that alarming and unprofessional to put a customer in that position for concern when this is an order of importance given to YOUR company. The order did arrive and my daughter is pleased. However I'd like your company to consider our opinion and improve on your approach to handling orders/customers.

I was purchasing this dress for my daughter. When I was shopping I assumed all of the dresses were off the rack. Not so, this dress was hand tailered to perfection! There was a little concern with the ETA of the dress. After placing the order I received a confirmation email stating the date of arrival which was beyond the date needed. I then cancelled the order. I was contacted within 24hrs by the company. They were willing to put a rush on the dress so it would arrive on time. It arrived the exact day they told me it would but because of the timing being so close i did purchase another dress just incase. Summary; fit was perfect and it arrived on time! I would have given 5 stars if the date at the time i placed the order wouldnt have been two weeks off from the ETA on confirmation email. I will be a returning customer!

I ordered a dress for my daughter who is going to the Junior Prom. It arrived earlier than expected. She LOVES the dress. When it arrived, she tried it on and didn't want to take it off, she looks beautiful in the dress. I was really impressed with the detail work, GREAT JOB! I will definitely be ordering from I Dream Prom again!
