I had to hire a lawyer to get paid MONTHS after my ring sold. This company is a scam.

I love this company. It is very good to find the good quality jewelries with cheap price. And also it is good for the seller who wants to exchange his unwanted jewelries with money. But the whole process may takes some time. You need to be patient. Cuz they need to exam the jewelry before they send it to you.

I'm 100% happy with IDNID! They have done everything they promised to do: they promptly sold my piece of jewelry and promptly paid me for that sale. I have not experienced ANY problems in dealing with them whatsoever. As I have a high level of trust in them, I have listed two additional pieces with them for sale. They have treated me well, treated me fairly. I will continue to do business with them, without hesitation.

From the purchase and interaction with the Seller all the way thru the process of certifying/polishing and expedited processing/shipping, everything was perfect! The Seller and IDNID were always keeping me current with what was going on!! A seamless process and a definite recommendation!!
