IDNID represents a marketplace that is hard to otherwise find by allowing you to sell used diamonds and jewelry. For me, this was an opportunity for me to regain at least some of the money spent on an engagement ring that went heartbreakingly unused and would likely otherwise have sat there, or earned me far less money at best. The listing process was straightforward and ads look clean, and my piece received plenty of interest and of course an eventual buyer. Customer service from the website itself was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with the experience, given the circumstances. If you find yourself in my shoes or otherwise have jewelry you'd like to turn into cash, this is the way to do it.

At first I was skeptical of using a middle-man to sell my ring, but after selling my ring on I Do Now I Don't, I am SOLD! They made the process so easy and their communication (email, phone, etc...) of each step made the whole process very transparent. My ring was on their site for maybe four months. We ordered a ring and then the seller tried to get me to purchase it off the site to avoid fees and such. However, when I contacted the owner he went out of his way to fix it! Not only did he fix it, but he went and had my dream ring made!! The ring is far beyond the original I picked and the company took a hit to make this right for me.
