I would say DONT. Business seems to have cash flow problems as I have not received payment from my sale in December 2019. Yes, 5 months and still nothing. Emails are now blaming Covid-19. Convenient.

I don’t even want to give this place one star but I had to! I sold my ring in SEPTEMBER 2019 and have NEVER received my money. I have emailed them numerous times and spoken on the phone with them several times. They always tell me the same thing; “they are backlogging and trying to catch up but they promise to get me my money.” They owe me $3,100! It has been EIGHT MONTHS and I will probably never see this money. This was a $10,000 ring I sold them! So frustrating!!! I do NOT recommend this site at all!!!

This company sold over 9k of my jewelry last year ,and they refusing to pay me over& over.has made about fiffte payments inguires.and no payments.dont know what else to do.dont sale Tru then.they also known as delgatto .lacate in NYC.

Doing my research: Anyone notice that the 5 star positive feedback is ALL by men who ALL also posted 5 star reviews on the Elegant Construction Trustpilot website? They are all from the United Kingdom as well. A few of them have male pictures with female names. Check out "Betty Damian, Kochwerk Ltd, Tony, MD Nurujaman Faruk, Lily J Jarvis, AND Stine M Hermansen." They ALL posted 5 star positive reviews on the same company's website and mention great customer service (only ones to say that!). One name is "Kochwerk Ltd," COME ON! Weird, I think not.... I will not be purchasing any products from these crooks from the losers.

Date of Sale: Thursday, February 13, 2020 I sold my engagement ring on I Do Now I Don't (IDNID). Item sold on February 13th, 2020 and received by IDNID on February 20th, 2020. The company collects money form buyers immediately and claims sellers will receive payment on the 15th day of the month after sale. I did not have a check issued on March 15th and it is now April 16th and I have NOT received any payment for my item or any notice or any check issued. The buyer who purchased the ring already has their item ( I messaged the buyer to confirm) and I have not been reimbursed for my sale. I have reached out to them via email twice and have also called them to inquire. The response I receive from them on the phone is that they are backlogged in their payment center and behind due to covid-19. No email updating their sellers was ever sent regarding any delays. I wish I would have read the BBB reviews before using this company to sell my ring because many people have experienced not receiving payment, even before COVID -19. The Terms and Conditions state “Payments for all direct purchases or marketplace sales are issued on the 15th of every month for any items that have sold from the first day to the last day of the month prior. For example, all payments issued on February 15th would cover any items sold during January 1st - January 31st. All payments will be sent by check via USPS.”

I sold a diamond solitaire ring on Feb 10th 2020. The company collects money from buyers immediately and claims sellers will receive payment on the 15th day of the month after sale. I should have had a check issued March 15th according to their contract. I emailed the company on March 22nd and they said they were behind on processing checks due to Covid 19. It is now April 15th and I still have not received payment from I Do Now I Don't. I wish I would have read the BBB reviews before using this company to sell my ring because many people have experienced not receiving payment, even before Covid 19.

This company needs to be investigated. Purchasers love it. Sellers get zip. Where are the funds for sellers? Is this not theft?

This business is a scam. I sold a ring for $2000 in December 2019, the buyer paid for and received the ring in January 2020. I was told by a company rep that I would receive payment in February, but now in April, I have yet to see a check. I have reached out to them numerous times with no response. I have also reported them to the BBB where they have a D- rating. Many complaints have been filed there from sellers like myself who didn't get payments for their items. I am now forced to get my lawyer involved and, in the meantime, I will warn as many people as possible from doing business with this company. Check the BBB if you're still thinking about working with IDNID!
