Extremely Delayed Shipment and Poor Communication
I used iContainers to ship a baby crib from Los Angeles to Singapore, expecting it to take the standard 7–10 days (as it had for a friend who shipped the exact same type of package). Instead, the entire experience was disorganized, frustrating, and ended up taking almost two months. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process. I had to follow up repeatedly just to confirm whether my payment had been received—despite sending it three separate times. There was no proactive update, no clear timeline, and no sense of urgency from their side. Yet I still ended up paying the same amount—over $550—for a shipment that took almost eight times longer than expected. Thankfully, I had planned ahead and didn’t urgently need the crib, but if I had needed it right after giving birth, this would have been a complete disaster. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend iContainers. Their lack of organization and communication caused unnecessary stress, and the service I received absolutely did not match the cost.
