iContainers USReviews of icontainers.com

The ability to help us solve problems and answer all our questions. They work well with our company!

The customer service I have received from iContainers has been simply outstanding. I would like to especially call out the Air Freight Team Leader, for her careful attention to two recent shipments, one of which was a small box, hardly a profitable shipment for iContainers. I felt I received the same service as if I had shipped full containers for thousands of dollars in shipping fees. She provides an outstanding example of customer service. The customer service I have received from my account representative and the Export Operations Specialist for their excellent customer service also. It is because of the customer service that I will highly recommend iContainers to anyone needing an international shipping service.

Title: Stress-free move from Miami to Barcelona Moving internationally with iContainers was a 10/10 experience! • Quick and accurate estimate: Their online calculator gave me an instant quote, which made planning much easier. • Flawless paperwork handling: They took care of all the documentation and kept me informed at every step. • Exceptional care with belongings: I was especially worried about my crystal champagne glasses and other fragile items — everything arrived in perfect condition, not a single glass broken. • Consistent communication: They were always available to answer questions and kept me calm throughout the process. If you’re planning an international move and want to avoid headaches, I highly recommend iContainers. Professional, efficient, and above all — reliable.
