IceyqueenReviews of iceyqueen.com

I never received the package. It said it was delivered but it was not retrieved. I live on a county road. Rural area and my address has had problems locating but Iceyqueen hasn't refunded me nor send me a replacement. Ive had to speak with my local post office to tell them about the incident. But haven't heard back yet.

I would like to know why my necklace came in a small pink box an not the black case

I ordered the necklace and bracelet based on everything I’ve seen on Tik tok, the necklace is pretty. However, no where did it ask what length I wanted and it’s way too long. Some creators say that the gold doesn’t turn, we shall see because it’s definitely fake looking. I would NOT buy the bracelet again, it looks very fake!

I love the jewelry I am going to order more

The necklace I received had a stone missing. They offered me a $20 refund ($119.00 cost of necklace) and I have yet to receive the $20. They asked if I could take it to a jeweler to have stone fixed. Also the necklace received, is joined in the center of the stone settings, not at the top, so therefore it flips, no matter how the necklace is put on.

Great quality

Obsessed with my new necklace!! It got here really quick and I put it on as soon as I got it! Got lots of compliments already!! And I’m so happy with the quality! Will definitely purchase again!!
