Well made, quality piece of jewellery and quick delivery.

I am always fair and honest in my reviews. My product came in a timely manner. I ordered a necklace and bracelet bundle. When I tried the bracelet on it literally was hanging off my arm it’s so big. I contacted the company immediately to ask about getting a smaller size. They told me that they do not make smaller than a size 7. I then asked them, if I could send the bracelet back and receive store credit for just the bracelet so that I could purchase something else and pay the difference out of my pocket (trying to remain a customer). They then offered me $10 to keep the bracelet, What? That bundle was pricey and I cannot do anything with something I can’t wear. I then told them that this was not a fair or reasonable offer and that I would like to just return the entire bundle. They then asked me to take pictures of the product in its original packaging (no problem, I just got it and only tried it on for size), I sent that to them. Then they email me an address in China and tell me to send it there when this package came to me from their Warehouse in California. What? I go and read their return policy and screenshot it and send it to them and they tell me that that the $8.99 that is mentioned in the return policy is not for shipping but is something non refundable but won’t tell me what. Also I was told it was okay yo send it the cheapest way possible back to China. First off, I never knew I was ordering from China but you can best believe, I will never do so again from this place. While I was researching everything, I found that this company has quite the history with scammy behavior and I am so upset with myself for not looking into them first. I’ve been in communication with them for over a week trying to work this out by the refund policy on their website. Some of their ads, do not belong to them as well and that is how I fell victim to this whole scam of a nightmare. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. I hope this saves you the headache that I currently am dealing with.

Delivery was relatively quick. I wasn't super impressed with the packaging but once taken out the necklace and bracelet are gorgeous. It has a nice weight and feel. The stones and gold are of a nice quality and shine beautifully. Haven't worn it yet but I can't wait.

This is the second see I've purchased. I pre-ordered a new set so I had to wait. But the set arrived as stunning as I expected. I love it!

Horrible and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone with customer service

Stealing Ads and altering them. They original AD had Christin Marie Studios yet IceyQueen cut that part off amd used it as their own. The quality is poor amd does not hold up to Christin Marie Studios. They ignore the emails until you dispute it. Then they want you to pay to return it. Shipping something overseas cost $20+. Then you may or may not get your refund. I dont trust them to refund me because they were deceitful to begin with. Ive been dealing with this for nearly a month. They know exactly what they are doing. Do not but anything from them.

Yes I purchased an icy queen name ring.The ring started changing colors right away it was not placed in water or any harsh chemicals.i have reached out to you several times and this matter still has not been resolved. I offered to return the ring for a replacement ring and nothing has been done to my satisfaction I have not even gotten any response from your company I hope we can resolve this matter it's been a couple of weeks now.
