Shipping took longer than advertised. The necklace with my kids’ names changed colors within a week and yes, I deliberately showered with it. The XOXO necklace on the other hand is holding up well and is a great addition to my other pieces. I’m not sure if I’d order again.

I do love the items I purchased but the solstice necklace and bracelet are fading as well as my name ring and I don’t wear it often nor do I bathe in them . What do you suggest?

I like the jewelry, but I don’t like the way the clasp is connected to a chain. It was advertised with a stunning diamond clasp once I received mines it had a tacky chain clasp.

The end of my bracelet didn’t have diamonds on the end like the girl posted in the video that’s what made me buy the product which kinda annoyed me , other than that it was super cute .

The chain looks wonderful it’s just the amount of time it took to get here even

Dear customer, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by shipping delays during the peak holiday season.

The jewelry looks nice, but the quality isn’t great. A stone fell out shortly after I received it, and some pieces keep flipping over. Customer service was also unhelpful and slow to respond.

I thought the delivery was not timely

Although the jewelry is pretty, it constantly, and I mean constantly is flipping over. Even the bracelet flips too. It can be embarrassing thinking your all cute and your necklace is flipped over lol
