I ordered mines August 22 and here it is September 18 and still no delivery date on when my order is coming.

I have not received my order, it has being showing out for delivery for 14 days

I purchase two necklaces and 16 inch and 18 inch and both continue to flip over with the colorful down. I made sure the clasp was in the right hand when putting in on but the still flip over.

I bought two of these sets $170 each. And the influencer that advertise them says they don’t change they don’t tarnish you could shower you can wear lotion and that’s all lies. All lies. I wore bracelet two days to a family reunion and I might’ve got my hands wet a couple times And the change already tarnished and when I wrote them and told them they told me to wipe it off with a rag, that’s not gonna change anything all it is is high Dollar costume jewelry !!! Very disappointed I was mislead!!!

Received on time and absolutely STUNNING! The only thing and this is by no means on Iceyqueen! The bracelet is too large for me and falls off. I ordered a 7. I messaged Iceyqueen in regard to what I can possibly do, and I received a response within 5 hours. Great customer service!
