HYPLANDReviews of hypland.com

Horrible do not order from them 2 months of waiting and they keep pushing back when they’ll send your item. If you ordered the YGO collab file a refund it’s not worth the wait anymore. I’ll be sure to let others know not to order here either, I filed my dispute

I ordered 3 minutes after a drop went live and here I am two months later with absolutely nothing shipped to me, well over an entire month past the expected shipping dates? This is beyond horrible customer service, at this point im just praying my order arrives with the proper contents because returning it for a fix would likely take the entire year. Continuous lies about expected shipping dates ontop of everything else.

I ordered 3 shirts on the 29th of November. They said 1-3 shipping days so I was happy to know how fast it would be. A week later I email to see it's status and they tell me it takes 7-10 business days to ship it out. I write back another week only to see they they are now saying "we are trying our best to ship out on Friday the 17th. Still I wait for them to even ship it out. I thought ordering a month before Christmas would be a good idea. Seemed I should've ordered 2 months before.

I Ordered a sweatshirt at the incorrect size, noticed this within 7 days of my order. I reached out to them and they said they can remove it from the order so I could purchase it again at the correct size. I bought it on sale and they told me I'd have to pay full price for it? As a returning customer you'd think they would be much more accommodating, GUESS NOT. Safe to say I will never be buying from this VERY VERY over-priced company again. As someone who has actually worked in a shipping warehouse this issue is VERY easily fixed, (especially considering my order still hadn't shipped) I don't know why they have to be so cheap about their over-priced products. Thought y'all were a cool company until this BS.

I order products from this company every year. As a working mother of three, full time healthcare worker, as well as a small business owner my time is limited. Recently AFTER I purchased my items I kept receiving tags on my door stating that they were unable to leave my package as i needed to be home to sign for the package. Fed Ex stated they would be delivering any time from 9am-3pm. I requested that Hypland remove the direct signature required so that fed Ex could leave my package at my front door or to please leave my package at a Fed Ex location so that I could pick it up and that it would be impossible for me to take a day off of work just to wait for my package to arrive and sign for it. If I had known this ahead of time I would have never purchased these items. Losing a day of work is not worth it! When I reached out to customer service for Hypland to please help with this situation they stated they were unable to do so and would still require a signature. I will not be shopping with this company again because they simply didn’t even try to help me rectify this issue. My advice is if you purchase from this company and spend a certain “ value amount “ as they say …be sure you work from home or able to be home from 9am- 3pm on any given day to receive the items you already paid for.

Overall I would give 5 stars. 90% of the things I’ve gotten I’m very satisfied with. Unfortunately I wasn’t happy with the thermo pants, the sizing chart is whack. If you’re over 190lbs they probably won’t fit right.

I’ve ordered from them 4 times, they’re always fast about their shipping and delivery and usually say it’ll take a week longer than it actually does so it’s very nice. The quality is fantastic and their customer service team is super fast

Fast delivery and high quality clothing, all while having great customer service. Very excited for future releases.
