really awful customer service, my preorder kept getting pushed back and back, seeing everyone else receive their orders yet mine is months late even though i placed my order right at the start of the preorder period, still havent gotten it and customer service keeps giving me new reasons why its late, dont buy

The fancy marketing and social media posts made a great first impression, so I decided to place an order. However, what should have taken a couple of weeks stretched into a 2.5-month wait. I had to proactively contact customer service twice just to get updates on my order. While I eventually got my item, the lack of communication and delayed delivery ruined the experience.

Poor quality product, shipped weeks after promised, and no easy refund (their return system is designed to keep your money as store credit) - do not shop at Hypland.

Still have not received my order placed in Jan. This company is so dishonest that everytime I tried to email them they just said they would keep me posted once it had been shipped. Scam!!

Two months after order, it hasn't shipped out. One day after ordering, I received a confirmation that the order had been shipped out to me. Another five days later, I received an email telling me that they had not actually shipped it out and that the previous confirmation had been a mistake. A week after that, I was told that the order would be shipped out in 2-3 weeks. I waited 4 weeks and still had no confirmation. I reached out to Hypland and they told me it would ship out "well before July". It is now the 26th of June and I have been waiting for two months for my order to even SHIP OUT. I have cancelled the order now. Clearly, the Hypland team make promises they cannot keep.

The product took over a month to even leave the warehouse, all the while I was repeatedly lied to in threads about when it would ship, including literally contradicting themselves in two separate threads (the second thread opened due to them ghosting me on the first thread) about the status of the order. Overall, horrible experience would not recommend.

J'ai commandé le 18 février, j'ai demandé plusieurs fois où en était ma commande et j'ai été patient. Nous sommes actuellement le 15 juin, et non seulement ma commande n'a jamais été envoyée mais en plus cela fait quasiment un mois que je demande un remboursement total de ma commande. Au début ils ont voulu négocier et maintenant je n'ai même plus de réponse. Je vous recommande chaudement de passer votre chemin avec ce site.

Very poor communication during the preorder process, and the quality of the product does not match the price point. My boyfriend ordered a puffer jacket which arrived to him with loose threads, faulty zipper, and was made from very thin & cheap material. Before he received his item in the mail, I also preordered a Digimon set for him as a gift that was set to ship early May, with the preorder page stating that regular updates would be provided during the manufacturing and shipping process. No updates were provided at all during this time, and now that May has ended, there still has been no communication regarding shipment or production. Hypland has since quietly removed any mention of providing updates or estimated ship times from their preorder page, which is very deceitful practice. I will never order from them again, and I urge anyone else thinking of placing an order to take the experiences stated on this site into consideration before doing so.
