Fixing a mistake
Sadly the item I ordered was not available leading to some initial delay and confusion over when and where I would get my delivery. That said the customer service response was exemplary. They dealt with the issue with honesty and such a kind approach that rather then put me off ordering from them in future it’s encouraged me to continue to buy from them and support the company. These are the kinds of people we should be supporting as consumers in my opinion. And I wish them every success in the future. Thank you to all who helped me, in particular Samantha!
