great product. My hypervolt was starting to malfunction after a year of use. I contacted hyperice and they sent me a label to ship it back to be replaced by a refurbished device as per my request.

I had issues with the routines in the Hyperice App not playing audio. Video was fine. I contacted support via the chat interface on the web and their support analyst resolved the issue for me very quickly. Looks like my silent mode switch on iPhone caused audio to be muted.

Hyperice products are wonderful. They are extremely therapeutic and make my body feel good after a hard workout. I had a small issue with one of their items and they strove to fix the problem immediately. Customer care was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended.

My go to after every exercise

The team at Hyperice is top notch! They know their products and helped me with a question I had about the Hypervolt. I couldn't recommend them more. I am so glad, like so many say, that I finally purchased the Hypervolt!

I use this massager after my 20 mile rides twice a week and intense training at the gym. My recovery is very fast after using the massager. My teenage son even uses it after playing ball. After a great massage I do indeed go to SLEEP!...

I had an issue with my Hypervolt which I owned for just over a year. Hyperice was kind enough to offer a repair/replacement free of charge. My experience with their customer service was excellent as it far exceeded my expectations. Top notch and reputable company. Would definitely recommend their product line to friends and family!!!!!
