Hygger AquariumReviews of hygger-online.com

I have been in the fish hobby for a while now.. I even admin one of the biggest flowerhorn groups worldwide. So I have had my shares of aquatic products throughout the years.. and many are great, and some not so great. But with Hygger products, it’s been super great for me!! I can’t be happier with the quality and value I get from Hygger, This is a brand I would always tell other fellow hobbyists to turn to, because it’s so great. And once they’ve experienced what Hygger has to offer, they are lifelong believers as well.

Always has amazing quality products at a great price!!

Purchased a small 8gal aquarium. The included décor, lights and pump were great. Within a few days, had a slight issue with the pump, emailed customer service and with in a few days, issued resolved and tank working great. I would recommend and will buy Hyyger products in the future.

I purchased the hg-969 aquarium heater in January of 2021 for $89.00. Installed it in my aquarium and it worked great for the first five months. The heater gave me an alarm and a code. According to the user manual the code tells you to discard the unit. Upon removing it from my aquarium I discovered the heating element had rusted through. I contact hygger about a replacement. They were very good about sending a replacement but due to the quality of the product and the price of the unit I would not recommend this product, and I won’t be using the replacement.

We use the Hygger aquarium water change system, and the part that connects the tap to the hose broke. Sadly, it's probably due to the fact that the part is made with plastic instead of metal that caused this to happen. I got in contact with Hygger, and they quickly resolved the issue by sending out another part. Very satisfied with Hygger, and will recommend the company to others with aquariums.

Bought a 500w heater back in February. Love it. It malfunctioned and just had “Er” stuck on. No matter what I tried. Contacted Hygger, sent them a video and some pictures, and 4 days later they had sent me a new one. Super easy to take care of! Thanks!

Some of the lights stop working. I contacted HYGGER and I received a replacement A lot faster than I expected. Excellent company to do business with.
