I'm making phytoplankton and this pump isn't quiet, it changes speed on its own somehow... If you turn it between the difference in noise, there's a low hum and a higher hum if you put dial between the two settings "high hum low hum" if you will call it that it somehow goes from one to another I might have to tape it until I find a better air pump... Idk how they call these things quiet.

Great customer service. My fountain stopped working after almost 3 months. I emailed the company and within 10 days I had a new one which works perfectly. Thanks.

I have two light's and I love them. The only thing would change is that when it's time for the lights to come on for the day it does not come back on on the same setting. With one model. And the other model I have totally adjustable. Totally awesome. I have had mine for over a year. And have had absolutely no problem's. Very well built.

Hello people. This purchase wqas the best Imade dollard for dollar through Amazon. I bought a 12-55 LED light and I've never looked back. There was a slight problem with the LCD display and I contacted them for support. I was amazed with how fast I had a replacement within days. I purchased a pond feeder thru Amazon and had an issue with it. I didn’t think the seller would reply to my email but they SURE DID AND PROMPTLY. They were so helpful in offering how to resolve my issue and I couldn’t be happier not only with the product but their continued follow thru until I received the replacement. Now THAT is customer service. Not to mention the pond feeder in this now upgraded model is PERFECT! Would definitely buy from them again.

An exceedingly good experience with Hyggers' service! This is my story: Accidentally I had bought 2 Gravel Cleaner from Hygger via Amazon and was already annoyed when trying the first. He absolutely did not perform what the advertising promised. Immediately after 2 minutes he stopped sucking and angrily I threw the first part away, because I also did not manage to loosen the screws and look at what may have clogged it. But I still had a second part. So I dared to do it again and also this time it was over after a short time. I left a comment on Hyggers' facebook page - suitably annoyed. IMMEDIATELY, an exceptionally friendly staff member responded and helped me open the unit and investigate the cause. Tiny particles from the gravel had become lodged. I fixed the problem and the vacuum worked again. The only problem is, I have very fine gravel in the aquarium and it is foreseeable that the problem will reappear in a short time. NO problem for Hygger: They immediately offered to refund me the full purchase price - even though the return period on Amazon had already passed, and I also no longer had all the parts. I didn't even have to worry about it myself. The extremely friendly employee made sure that I got a message from Amazon within a very short time that they would transfer the amount for BOTH parts to me immediately.... That is real customer friendliness. I would order from Hygger again anytime. In principle, the items are really well thought out, unfortunately, my aquarium was just not suitable for it. Nevertheless: ALL thumbs up for this customer friendliness and service.
