Hygger AquariumReviews of hygger-online.com

I’ve been using their products for both my fresh water and salt water tanks for a while now, and they’ve never let me down. I’m also sponsored by them, but that doesn’t change the fact that their gear genuinely performs. Their customer service is outstanding—any time I’ve run into an issue, they’ve taken care of it quickly and professionally. Overall, they’ve been a reliable part of my aquarium setups, and I’m happy to stand behind their products. I have been using them long before I was sponsored by them. They have a long track record of being some of the best affordable reef/fresh water products on the market.

Hygger seems to really be a company that cares for their customers. I had a small problem with a part from the Gravel Cleaner recently. I emailed and Ginger treated me fairly and quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement part. I am very happy with the product and would recommend it to anyone interested. Hygger's Customer Service (especially Ginger) is wonderful and should be giving lessons to other companies.

I had an issue with the power cable that came with my reef light, and Ginger from customer service was super helpful and understanding, and they resolved the issue quicky.

I accidentally ordered the wrong light when I meant to order the Hygger HG957 I emailed Hygger customer service, told them what it happened, and they immediately found my order and switched it out for the light that I wanted Not to mention this hygger 957 led is an absolute BEAST

This aquarium light is a nice addition to our aquarium . I love the different light functions and timers.

I had to start a support case for a heater that started dying on me and after sending an email + sending a video of it's behaviour I got a replacement unit sent to my home address within days. Excellent support!

I recently purchased the Hygger 6-in-1 Electric Cleaning Tool (Model #HG086-10W) and couldn’t be more pleased with its performance and the overall experience. From design to execution, this tool has made aquarium maintenance so much easier! What truly sets this purchase apart is Hygger’s supportive warranty and customer service. When I reached out with a question, Hygger’s team responded promptly, answered thoroughly, and made sure I felt supported. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful — not something you always get these days. I highly recommend the Hygger HG086-10W to anyone looking for an easy, efficient cleaning solution for their aquarium or other household tasks.
