I had a problem with the Titanium 500 Watt Aquarium Water Heater. Somehow it was sending current into my Guppy tank. I noticed it when I put my hand in the tank to do plant maintenance. It was low enough voltage that it didn’t hurt me or the fish but it stung. I contacted Hygger support and they told me to leave the unit unplugged. They asked for photographs of the unit for their technical staff to review and shipped me a new unit. The unit arrived a few days later and works great. Appreciate their support. I have several Hygger heaters and this is the only occurrence of this issue and Hygger handled it well.

My issue was dealt with promptly and with assurance it would be completed to my satisfaction.

Theyre supportive, they listen, and are incredibly patient. Their products are reliable! I use a few for my aquariums and have only had one off issue, but the product still worked!!! My light acted weird, so they replaced its entirety - even after a near whole year from purchase!! I will ALWAYS recommend hygger.

Ottima esperienza con la Hygger, per un prodotto che dava problemi. Dopo averli contattati immediatamente hanno effettuato l'invio di un nuovo prodotto in sostituzione, che però durante il trasporto ha subito un danneggiamento e nuovamente contattati hanno inviato subito un nuovo prodotto che questa volta è arrivato integro. Cosa posso dire assistenza TOP e prodotti eccellenti. Excellent experience with Hygger, for a product that was having problems. After contacting them immediately, they sent a new replacement, but it was damaged in transit. When I contacted them again, they immediately sent a new one, which this time arrived intact. What can I say? TOP customer service and excellent products.

If I had ordered this on Amazon I would have received the product in two days. Ordered directly on the Hygger website, order has been “processing” for two days.

Recent een Hygger Aquarium Ledbalk gekocht voor mijn 1.00x0.60 cm (hoogte) onverwarmde aquarium. Ziet er indrukwekkend uit. Met volop mogelijkheden. Echter binnen enkele dagen zat er al veel condens in de unit en blokkeerde de verlichting. Daarnaast zijn de Leds niet sterk genoeg om het aquarium te verlichten. Ik zou deze balk voor een aquarium niet adviseren. Ga m nu maar inzetten boven een terrarium. N.a.v deze review heeft Hygger de moeite genomen contact met mij te zoeken (lovenswaardig) en heeft mij een vervangende led-balk aangeboden. Het feit dat zij de moeite nemen om mij te contacten en een aanbod doen siert het bedrijf.

The experience of ordering the product through Hygger was great, it was simple and the site very easy to navigate, the item was shipped and delivered in an expedient manner without any delays! From just that point I would recommend Hygger but now lets talk about the product, the hygger Auto On Off LED Aquatium light is phenomenal, it is everything I am looking for in aquarium lighting and the cost was amazing for the quality! I haven't set up an aquarium for about 10 plus years and some things have definitely changed and gotten better, Hygger is definitely, the better!! I have two other products coming from Hygger and can't wait to get them and pass on a review! At this point Hygger will be the only place I order my aquarium supplies!! Now, if I could just convince them to send me a couple of light holders for my new lighting! Lol!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Great customer support. I had an issue with a product under warranty and it was replaced without hesitation. Great communication with vendor, would recommend products and I will order more from this company.
