I purchased two hydrohbottles at the start of my health journey 7/26/25 really excited, until I plugged them in using alkaline water from my Enagic Water Unit nothing happen, to my surprised and disappointment, I convinced my self to reach out to customer service at hydroh and requesting replacements. Two replacements were sent, same problem OMG! I purchased one single bottle during the same time which is the only one that works. I’ve spent $$114.

Although I haven't yet received my water bottle, just ordered it, I have to say that the customer service was awesome. They responded immediately to my request for an address change and made sure everything was correct. My sincere appreciation for that!

I am so excited about this water. I bought 2 of the glass bottles for my husband and I and we’ve been drinking like crazy. My one was leaking and I wrote a note to customer service and Meliska immediately sent me a new one. The customer service is awesome! In the meantime I ordered the bundle with the jug and the tea maker and I’ve only used the jug thus far and I LOVE it! It’s plastic and 50 oz so I can get my water for the day plus it’s plastic so I’m not worried I’ll break it. I haven’t even tried the tea maker yet, which I need to because I drink 4 cups of healing tea for my lungs to heal my damage from long covid and double pneumonia. That will add another 32 oz to my hydrogen water daily. I think I’m noticing a difference in my bad knees already. They are expensive but worth the price. Highly recommend!

I Recieved my bottle a couple days ago .There was water in the bottom but when I enquired to customer service via email.they were quick to respond . I was told it was normal .So I cleaned the bottle as instructed.Today is the first day I have used it .I like it its quick and easy which I love as I ha e a busy life.love it .I ha e had people ask me about it and they were intrigued. Love it although I have not been using it long . I feel like I want to drink more water than I have in the past. For me thats a win. I also like the the fact you are not restricted to the type of water to use in the bottle . I also order the pitcher with another bottle so I can just keep going. Love it and highly recommend the hydroh bottle.

We purchased two bottles. My husband is now drinking 5-6 bottles per day where as he was barely drinking one bottle of water per day before this purchase.,we both feel more energized and joints do not ache as much. Love the product

So far the Hydroh seems to be having an impact. My knee is no longer clicking. If nothing else this bottle encourages me to drink more water. I have to also commend Hydroh’s support group. Their customer service is outstanding so if you have any issue at all don’t hesitate to reach out to them.

I like the bottle I bought it to help me with hydration and inflammation I want a large of prednisone I need to stay hydrated. I had the bottle for 4 days and during we getting it ready for a drink it broke from the base. I got in contact with customer service by email immediately they wrote me back asking me to send some pictures and see what they can help me with. I have to send in photos I received the email saying that they would replace the bottle for me I was so excited. I have purchased two bottles and have already gifted the second one to my sister which she has a lot of nerve pain and I was hoping that this water will give her some type of relief so she is excited using it she's only on her first week. After using this product for 4 days I was told by some people that by face look hydrated I have been sick someone's prior so these people see me on a regular basis. I'm looking forward to continue using this and with the help and guaranteed of 90 days you can't go wrong is an investment into my self-care. I will say go ahead and take the leap do something for yourself best going to help you. But I am really grateful for the help from customer service I'll be back later and tell you how everything go after the 90 days thank you! 😁

This review is in regards to the HydroH customer service team. My order has not been received yet, but there was an initial problem with the actual order. The customer service team was fast to intervene and rectify the problem in a timely manner. I will write a review of the actual HydroH bottle in the near future, but at this time the HydroH customer service team is excellent.
