Purchased a Hydroh water bottle when diagnosed with CKD however unfortunately for me it didn’t make any improvements at all. I returned it under the 90 day guarantee very easily, however it cost me a whopping £27.45 so if you are considering purchasing one think about the fact that it’s VERY costly to return to USA

This is my second Hydro bottle the first one worked well, but I had it for two days and I dropped and broke it. I also had insurance on it and have been trying to figure out if the insurance would cover that. I also recently purchased another one and it does leak when I turn it on around the seal of the bottom I’ve been waiting to hear from them on how to replace that to get one that does not leak and I haven’t heard a word so I text them again twice and if I don’t hear anything, I’m gonna call the Better Business Bureau because these bottles cost me $70 each.

This product ultimately wasn’t worth it for us. When the bottle arrived, it was wet, and the instruction sheet was also damp. My husband was convinced it was used, so I contacted the company right away. They asked for photos, which we provided, but their explanation didn’t fully satisfy us. We tried using the product a few times anyway, but there was barely any hydrogen bubbling. I emailed to request a refund and return instructions. Throughout the entire process, I communicated with Amelia via email, and she was wonderful—responsive, polite, and helpful. We were offered the option to keep the product with a partial refund, but we didn’t want to keep something we wouldn’t use. Since we were within the 30-day return policy, I was told I would receive a full refund once it was returned. I wasn’t thrilled that I had to pay for return shipping and wasn’t provided a prepaid label, but I chose to send it back via FedEx using my own account so we could get a full refund. Once I provided the tracking number, Amelia confirmed the return and processed the refund without issue. Communication was excellent, and I had no trouble getting responses by email, despite what some other reviews mention. I would give four stars based on customer service alone—specifically my experience with Amelia—but I had to factor in the product itself.

It’s a little premature of me to give a review as I have only been using the product a week, but I remain optimistic. The customer service was excellent and that gives me great confidence in the product.

I purchased two hydrohbottles at the start of my health journey 7/26/25 really excited, until I plugged them in using alkaline water from my Enagic Water Unit nothing happen, to my surprised and disappointment, I convinced my self to reach out to customer service at hydroh and requesting replacements. Two replacements were sent, same problem OMG! I purchased one single bottle during the same time which is the only one that works. I’ve spent $$114.

It's important to understand exactly how the Hydro Bottle works. I've spoken with the company to describe how they could better explain the process of making your hydrogen water. First, you DO NOT need the hydrogen tablets to make Hydro water when using the electrolysis generator built into the base. Because of the design, I assumed that you had to place a tablet in the center of the generator. The tablets create the same amount of hydrogen when placed in a glass of water. They're great for traveling. The second thing is timing. Regardless of what you might read elsewhere on Hydro's website, if you use the generator, when the light goes off, the water is ready to drink (after a vigorous shaking). It only takes about five (5) minutes. You can put the water through a second cycle, but any more is discouraged. The customer service reps were terrific in answering all the questions I had. I intend to use the Hydro Bottle twice every day!

6 weeks for delivery. Order placed 6th July. Seems a very slow shipping process. Read the blurb and now realise shipping can take 30 buisness days , so about 6 weeks. Item arrived well packaged. I was however disappointed with the size of the Pro Hydrogen Water Bottle of only 11.8 fluid ounces compared to the Standard Water Bottle of 15.2. In addition the rubber protection cover for the charging port does not fit. An obvious design flaw as non were in place for either bottle.
