I want to thank everyone on the Hydro team that help expedite a request I had regarding the shipping of my 2nd Hydro bottle. My request was addressed immediately after i reached out for a change to my order specifics. I figured like 95% of the other companies I have dealt with I wouldn’t hear back until several attempts were made on my end later but I was wrong. It was handled within 48 hours. A very big thank you to everyone that helped me out. Great customer service that matches a wonderful product. I’ll be back for round 3 purchasing Christmas gifts! Brian F

This product and the science behind hydrogen water is legitimate. I suffer severe inflammation and over the last few months of using Hydroh, I have experienced a marked improvement in my overall health.

So far so good. My bottle arrived promptly and well packaged. Instructions as to charging were a bit unclear (whilst charging the coloured light changes from red to green) The light isn't blue until you turn on the bottle itself. Emailed customer service and received a prompt and very helpful response. I've only been using it for two days so a bit too early to feel any results.

The customer service at Hydroh is unmatched in this day and age where it usually falls by the wayside! I had an issue, and my email was responded to within hours and a replacement unit is in the way. I am looking forward to putting this bottle to work!!!

Amazing customer service

The customer service for this company is excellent.!! They respond quickly to any concerns you may have. I had 2 hydro bottles that didn't seem to be working properly and sent a video of them. They responded promptly and sent 2 replacement bottles. I just received the replacement today and hope they will work properly- ie. keep generating the bubbles once you push the button. I hope they function and last so I can see if I notice some benefits from drinking the hydrogen water.
