I’ve been using Hydroh bottles for a couple of weeks, and they’ve exceeded my expectations — they have a great design and feel premium in the hand. I know it's anecdotal, but it relieved my constipation as soon as possible. Looking forward to seeing what other beneficial effects are in store down the line. One bottle, unfortunately, cracked at the base early on. I reached out to customer service and was genuinely impressed: they reviewed my case promptly, acknowledged the issue, and sent a free replacement as a goodwill gesture even though the damage fell outside the warranty. The whole experience left me confident in the product and grateful for a company that stands behind its customers. Highly recommend Hydroh for both product quality and customer care. Five stars.

Been trying to receive my bottle over a month. Back and forehead messages. Never a phone response. Will be contacting BBB. Suffer from lots of pain thought i would try this product. Been a nightmare.

Hydroh is a great product, and it works. My Hydroh bottle stopped functioning correctly. I notified the company, and they immediately apologized for the malfunction and have sent me a replacement bottle at no cost to me. I very highly recommend the company and this product.
