The experience with customer service was excellent very timely with the response and took care of me 100% recommend this product

My order was a little delayed due to supply chain issues, so I emailed the company, and I figured I would not hear from them. I did hear from them immediately. This is hard to come by these days. They were kind and expressed their regret. It arrived a day or two later and I have just started using it. i am hoping for some help with my back issues since this is supposed to help inflammation.

After communication with the Hydro staff I now have the operating info that was not in the pamphlet (manual). There is alot of important information missing. Anyway you all might consider a redo on the pamphlet. I need more time drinking my water before I can tell if Im pleased. We will see, ha?😁

I purchased a Hydroh bottle a year and a half ago when I became suddenly very ill with an autoimmune condition that caused me severe pain, stiffness, and discomfort, more pronounced in my shoulders but generally throughout my entire body. A little internet search suggested that hydrogen water might help alleviate these symptoms so I did a search for hydrogen bottles and ended up ordering the Hydroh bottle. After my very first drink of water from the bottle I was delighted and surprised that I experienced immediate and obvious relief in the left shoulder which had been painfully frozen for days. After that single drink I was able to extend it without pain or discomfort! I enthusiastically added the routine of drinking up to 60 oz of this water daily to my recovery regime and found that it did help me fight chronic inflammation and dehydration. Now I easily stay hydrated without extra trips to the bathroom and my joints are more supple and loose, more noticeably in my fingers and hands. Of course, I did and am doing several other therapies to further my recovery and health but I did experience an overall significant and positive shift when I began this drinking protocol. This summer my bottle accidentally broke so I reordered two more bottles. Both bottles arrived well packaged but one of the two bottles would not charge. I reached out to customer service by email and explained the problem. They responded right away and to date I am happy that I have received a new working bottle. Shipping does take a while with this company but you can be confident that you will receive an excellent product at a reasonable price along with responsive reliable customer support when you need it.

If you have never heard of the "Hydrohbottle"? Learn about it, buy it, use it, and reap the benefits! It's too complicated, and amazing, to go into in a short "review"! The company's Customer Service can only be described as "Superior". They are friendly to the point of being warm and personal. They are concerned for customer service and act accordingly. They are courteous and very fast in responding to questions. And, surprisingly in today's world, answer them completely without any evasiveness or ambiguity. The product is impressive in it's materials used and workmanship in manufacture. Water is a basic human need for health. This company has managed, through science and concern for people's welfare. To produce an amazing product that enhances the utilization of water by the human body. And then sell the product for a stunningly fair and reasonable cost to the consumer. I truly love the hydroh bottle, I can't do without it. Customer Support said what was happening to my bottle was not covered under their 365 day warranty. But because their Customer Support Team like to see happy customers, so they are going to send me a replacement bottle anyway because they want to keep happy customers. Thank you so much because I can't wait to get it and have that water that you can't get enough of. Thanks again, very much appreciated. Dave
