My original bottle came with a slight flaw, a small discoloration in the product. I contacted customer service, provided photographic evidence and they promptly sent a replacement bottle. I am very please with their level of customer service. I will definitely be placing another order for another bottle and accessories my next paycheck. The bottle absolutely works as advertised!

Pressure builds up inside the bottle while process is running and cover pops. The product manual does not contain this information. Customer service informed me that I should not close the lid but instead close it slightly. Just like everyone else's comment, customer service is punctual and efficient in responding to my questions.

I experienced a leakage coming from my base and after using it for the past months I wasn't sure exactly what could be done about it. I was given instructions to twist off the base to check the gasket but, as I turned the Glass it twisted completely off broken. I was told that it wasn't something that is covered and yet they were king enough to send me another unit anyway. Now that's good Customer Care. I thank you for this.

I love the on the go bottle and actually about to use the countertop one today. The directions aren’t specific and to detail enough so I had to email the company. They were prompt with their response and very helpful. Still waiting to see if I notice any results. I have noticed myself drinking more water so it’s a win win.

I bought two, On one the rubber switch was intermittently faulty contacting them was easy response was within 24hrs sent pictures and video of issue a new bottle was in the post about ten days later about the same time as if I bought new one SO HELPFUL I would highly recommend these bottles and there service

This is a class act company. They are very obliging in pleasing their customers. There is no aftertaste when drinking water from the unit. Just a refreshing drink of water. It was packaged well, too!!! I recommend buying this product!!!
