I haven’t been getting alerts that my packages are being delivered. I’m unsure how long my refrigerator meds were sitting on the step before I found them at 9 pm as I was talking the trash out at the end of the night. No emails, not updated through the tracking platform, no knocks on the door, no doorbell. This is very concerning to me since it’s the second delivery and the second time it’s happened. What if I wasn’t home or did t happen to talk outside that night? I am happy with the speediness of ordering and delivery. Only took about 5 days from order to doorstep (and I live in Alaska, so probably quicker in the states).

the app is horible! you really need to do something about the app. It is non-stop freezing. I have to turn off/on my phone multiple times.

This onboarding process has been awful. You are having to guess at everything that you are doing. Everyone needs a personal business coach to get up and running. This is not for anyone who has never worked for IV infusion. It should be set up for a nurse who’s not worked for an infusion company to be able to get up and running no problem and on top of that most ruses have never owned their own business. I would not recommend this platform to anyone.

It might be out of your hands, but the length of time for my clients to get their NAD is too long. One client ordered hers 6 weeks ago and still hadn’t heard anything.

The tech team is GREAT! Super responsive and very helpful.

The application frequently crashes or freezes and i constantly need to log out and reload the application just to complete small tasks

This company has provided me with the opportunity to grow and independent businesses. My only complaint so far is I wish the company would have provided more transparency regarding medications that are frequently out of stock.
